Referring to Mr. Harcourt's Circular Despatch

of the 28th. April, 1915, I have the honour to transit a Certifi-

-cate of Naturalization in respect of lir. N. A. Johanssen, a Swed-

-ish subject, who has held the position of Overseer of Markets

under this Government since November, 1896.

Mr. Johanssen has filed a memorial and a
